Basic Obedience is the foundation for all training. In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of postive-based training and formalize your dog's response to the 5 core commands -- Sit, Down, Stay, Come and Heel.

Our training methods are kind and constructive, using positive reinforcement to help you succeed. We aim to teach you how to communicate with your dog, giving you knowledge and confidence for training.

This course is a great place for young dogs and puppies (4 months and older) as well as for older dogs who have learned not to listen. In addition, portions of every class are devoted to teaching the techniques to develop perfect leash walking.

Each Course is 6 weeks long and is carefully structured to help owners understand how to implement successful training methods. Each week, owners will practice and develop their training skills and be given homework (called "set ups") to incorporate training into everyday life.

A New Puppy
House Training

Having a new puppy in the house poses unique challenges to the city dweller. We can help you set up a program to quickly navigate the difficult journey of puppyhood including house training, crate training, nipping, nuisance barking as well as the more difficult challenges of destructive chewing and separation anxiety.

Problem Behavior
Let's Fix It

Does your dog have a few issues? Do they hate being alone? Do they bark and lunge at other dogs or strangers? Are they getting into frequent fights at the dog park or bothering your neighbors with nuisance barking? Fixing problem behaviors can be a great way to forge a positive relationship with your dog and help them overcome their stress to lead a more balanced, comfortable life. Behavioral consultations begin in your home -- or at the place where the problem occurs -- to teach you the techniques to help your dog overcome their issues.
